Trust (and leads) tanked. With a tiny desktop-only layout, no mobile breakpoint, page titles that read “Home – Document,” and a single contact email buried three clicks deep—Google barely indexed it, and customers definitely didn’t trust it. Dispatch kept fielding the same call: “Hey, are you guys still in business?” Not the vibe a modern logistics outfit wants to send.
